RACING
2008 Christmas race camp – This four day race camp is designed to kick start the racer into the season. We start by conditioning the racers and introducing or re-introducing them into racing. We will go over topics such as warmup, stretching, proper equipment adjustment, course basics, proper technique and practice on several different courses. The camp will take place December 21 – 24 from 9:00 to noon at Mt. Zion. Cost is $25.00 per day.
